This is an upgraded version of the Hipgig endorsed by Yamaha veteran drummer Al Foster.
The pictures shows Hipgig Sr. with Jaguar pattern.
Compared to the original Hipgig, the Hipgig Sr. offers larger drum sizes for more volume and versatility, while maintaining compactness and portability. The bass drum has gone from its original 16" diameter to 18" diameter while the mounted toms have increased to 12" and 14". Similarily, the snare has increased to 13". Shells are 7-ply and constructed using Air Seal System.
